I do not operate a traditional "store-front" bakery. 

I only specialize in customized wedding cakes and cookies, baked FRESH, never frozen.

I am trained and certified as a New York State certified "food handler", and only follow

the strictest guidelines of cleanliness.

All of my cakes are baked with the highest quality ingredients. 

I offer a variety of cake flavors and fillings to suit all palettes.

Silk flowers are a great choice to compliment your cake, and I can customize your arrangements

 based on your specific needs.  Fresh flowers may also used and you can have your florist provide

this service.
